Meet Sherri

Sherri graduated from the acupuncture program at PCU College of Holistic Medicine in 2015 and is a Registered Acupuncturist in BC. She also gained additional clinical experience and Western Medicine courses at Middleway Acupuncture in Washington USA. She uses, Classical Acupuncture as well as modern acupuncture techniques to help treat a variety of disorders, imbalances and works on bringing the body back to homeostasis in body, mind, and spirit.

Sherri’s technique and style of Acupuncture is gentle and all treatment plans are completely individually tailored specifically for each patient. Sherri strives to achieve the best therapeutic results with acupuncture, nutrition / food therapy and lifestyle while compassionately working with her patients individual and unique challenges.

Prior to Sherri’s career in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she worked a Certified Biofeedback Technician, Work Pants designer/ entrepreneur, and was self employed painter in the trades for 21 years. Her passion to help others plus interest from a child in the human brain functions, detox, liver cleansing, (colon hydrotherapy), nutrition, fitness and any other human body relations lead her to the path of Acupuncture as well as her own personal health issue in 2011 with a back injury from a car accident that helped to change her life goals and found natural therapies effective to help balance and improve not only the physical aspect of the injury but dealing mentally/emotionally with it as well.

What Lights Sherri’s Fire

Sherri loves the outdoors; water anything, sun, heat, laughing, hilarious/funny people, coffee, animals, and good stories.  She loves to spend time rustic camping in the mountains, island, anywhere not cold.  She loves motorcycles, skateboarding, hiking, kayaking, weight lifting, archery, designing, building wood items, reading/learning alternative medicine books or related materials. She’s passionate about the unknown and is drawn to a good story.
